If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 10 days and we will refund your order amount, less a 25% fee to help defer the product cost and the return freight. You can not return an item because it is damaged in shipping. We replace damaged merchandise free of charge. You can not return an item before it arrives because your order is delayed in shipping.
To qualify for a refund items must be returned without damage in the original packing. You are responsible for shipping cost to return an item. Please notify us immediately if you intend to return a purchase.

Real wood products can not be returned because there is a knot in the wood. Knots in wood do not qualify as factory defects.
Real stone products (travertine, granite, and marble) do not always have a perfect sealed finish. Polished Italian stone may have pits which are normal especially on large pieces.
