Do NOT sign the trucking company receipt that says in small print "Received In Good Condition" until you or your agent have inspected your furniture for damage. List any damage to your furniture on the receipt called a Bill Of Laden.
If you furniture is damaged in shipping We will replace or repair it FREE of charge UNLESS you (or your agent) signs for it as received in good condition. We reserve the right to repair based upon factory recommendations. If the factory engineers say it can be repaired we repair free of charge. If the factory says it must be replaced, we replace it free of charge.
